Every once in a while, I ask my girls this question....."What do you think is most important to Mommy?"
To be honest, little sister always just repeats big sister, but big sister is my gauge for where my priorities lie. Let's face it, kids are brutally honest, but that is not always a bad thing. They keep us grounded, remind us where our focus ought to be and most of all (in my case, anyway), keep us humble.
Ask your kiddos the question...it might give you something good to reflect on.
